Summer Evenings

Summer Evenings are the best!

It might have been much later than usual, the last day of July in fact, but we hung out at the field yesterday evening and it was good. It’s one of the simple pleasures of summer; simple food, a fire, family (and sometimes friends) and sunshine. I should probably say something clever about connecting with nature, rewilding or old fashioned farming (all true) but really I just want to share the beauty, and a different reason for doing what I do. It was lovely. I don’t want these summer days to end…
