Mental Health Thoughts

 

I’ve half written so many posts over the last few days - world mental health day, baby loss awareness week, the climate crisis, atrocities in other countries, Christmas, and all the family stuff (emergency dentist for one son today!) - my mind is a whir and the words seem half ‘there’.

In order to calm the whir, deal with the sad news and manage my mental health I’m spending some time outside today. Cutting and clearing. There’s plenty to do but it is something that also brings me peace. I forget that like all muscles, our brains need exercise and rest to stay healthy, and that our physical and mental health are completely interlinked…
